Lindsay Ux, who’s day job is Office Manager at New Hampshire Family Dentistry( located on Brown Avenue in Manchester, NH.), is our featured client of the month.
What’s so special about Lindsay? She ran and finished this year’s Boston Marathon to raise over $7,000.00 for the American Liver Foundation. Her motivation to run the Boston Marathon was generated by her gratitude for her Dads recent lifesaving liver transplant.
Lindsay started training for this 26 mile event in October of 2016. The Boston Marathon is the world's oldest annual marathon and ranks as one of the world's most prestigious road racing events.
When asked “what was the most rewarding and most challenging aspects of running the race? “ Lindsay replied; ” The most rewarding was both crossing the finishing line and the amount of money raised for a worthy cause. “ Most challenging was the heat. I had been training in 30 degree cooler temperatures.”
A big shout out to Lindsay for making the world a better place with her efforts!
